Arrived fine set up with sugar as instructed. Kindly of a slow start? But ready to get a real ginger beer going. Question is i cook with ratios by weight. So 8 cups water. 1/3 ro 2/3 cup sugar how much ginger by weight?

Excellent purchase, purchased ginger beer plant from different company before sub par compared to this one. Ordered 2 both took of great . Very good instructions would recommend. And will probably buy another batch
